This chart represents a basic overview of the Post-Trib View.
Sometimes visuals help us conceptualize what words fail to convey.

Matthew 24:29 - Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

Revelation 6:12-14,17 - And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Joel 2:31, Acts 2:20 - The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

Immediately after the 70th week, the sixth seal takes place.
Since the fifth trumpet is five months in duration, that leaves no time for the trumpets and bowls after the 70th week. They take place at some point during that time.

1 Thessalonians 4:16,17 - For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive [and] remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

1 Corinthians 15:51,52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Revelation 10:7 - But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

Job was one of those prophets that understood that he would die and his body would not rise until the heavens departed like a scroll. He also understood that there was an appointed (or set) time for the resurrection and that his body would be changed.

Job 14:12-14 - So man lieth down, and riseth not: till the heavens [be] no more, they shall not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! If a man die, shall he live [again]? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.

Notice after the sixth seal is complete:
Revelation 6:17 - For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Then after the seventh seal:
Revelation 8:5 - And the angel took the censer, and filled it with fire of the altar, and cast [it] into the earth: and there were voices, and thunderings, and lightnings, and an earthquake.

And after the seventh trump:
Revelation 11:15,18,19 - And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become [the kingdoms] of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

And the seventh bowl:
Revelation 16:18 - And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, [and] so great.

Christ returns after the sixth seal. After the sixth trump, we read:

Revelation 10:1-7 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow [was] upon his head, and his face [was] as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and [his] left [foot] on the earth, And cried with a loud voice, as [when] a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

I won't take the time to go into all the detail here, but this is Christ's second coming. It says He lifted His hand to heaven and swore that this time period has run its course.

Daniel 12:7 - And I heard the man clothed in linen, which [was] upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that [it shall be] for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these [things] shall be finished.

So once the final 3 1/2 years are complete, Christ returns, gathers His elect, pours out His wrath at Armageddon, and we accompany Him to the earth, and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

That is a good visual. The Mr. has been wondering if the first 5 seals haven't been opened already, though. I do see perhaps and overlapping of seals/trumpets/ bowls which I discounted formerly.

I don't believe the first five have been opened, but I believe it's possible the first one has.

The image still doesn't properly convey what I wanted to get across.

I don't think the trumpets and bowls happen at the same time, but I believe they are related.

For instance, The 2nd trumpet takes place and 1/3 of sea life dies. Later on, as a result of the 2nd trumpet, ALL sea life dies (2nd bowl).

With the 3rd trumpet, 1/3 of rivers are poisoned, and fish die. As a result of that trumpet later on, ALL rivers and streams are poisoned (3rd bowl).

I need to work on that image a bit more for a more clear picture.

I can definitely see some distinctions and some overlapping. I tried to map it out myself a couple of time, but I am just not gifted in this area...and maybe it is kept obscure for the time being, after all, it will be a lot easier to figure out once it's all over!

I will be interested to see any more insights.
